Hasabe does not offer refunds at this moment.
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to exchange for a different size from our current stock.
Exchanges are available within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
All items are exchangeable for store credit only.
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and the customer will incur the shipping cost.
Once we receive the item, you will be given store credit for the same price as the returned item. Store credits are valid up to 6 months from the date they were issued.
